At Zen (Margate), we take pride in shipping items to our customers which is why there is a Shipping Policy in place. Once you purchase an item, it will be sent with a courier within 2-3 working days. We use tracked shipping for all of our items, and we can provide you with a tracking number if needed. We want to ensure that your experience with us is as smooth and easy as possible.
